By accessing or using KachingSignals (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers of KachingSignals.

2. Service Description

KachingSignals provides daily AI-generated stock signal recommendations based on technical analysis of the top 50 US stocks. Signals are delivered to subscribers via email and Telegram at approximately 3 PM UTC on each trading day. Signals are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.

3. Not Financial Advice

All signals, analysis, and content provided by KachingSignals are educational tools for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Past performance — whether backtested or real-world — does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for all investment and trading decisions you make. Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • PRO Plan: €99/month, billed monthly via Stripe
  • PREMIUM Plan: €299/month — coming soon
  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
  • No refunds are issued except as expressly stated in our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

5. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with the Service within 14 days of your first payment, you are entitled to a full refund, no questions asked. To request a refund, email us at support@kachingsignals.com. We will process your refund within 24 hours. This guarantee applies only to the first 14 days of your initial subscription.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@kachingsignals.com. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. Your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use KachingSignals for any of the following:

  • Redistributing, reselling, or commercially exploiting our signals or content without prior written consent
  • Sharing your account credentials with other individuals (one subscription = one user)
  • Using our Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape our signal generation system

8. Limitation of Liability

KachingSignals is not liable for any trading losses, financial losses, or other damages incurred as a result of following our signals or using our Service. Our maximum liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the amount of your last monthly subscription payment. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of our signals.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with European Union law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of our registered business address. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
